Buying a home is a very important decision. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the home inspected first to make sure there is nothing substantially wrong with it. Our company is dedicated to providing inspections to homeowners and buyers  to give them the peace of mind that their transaction is a smart one.

We intend to make the home inspection process an easy and meaningful part of your home buying experience. We provide all home inspection costs upfront. We utilize the Horizons Inspection Report System which allows us to provide our customers with a state of the art home inspection report. After the initial home inspection is complete, we will process our findings and notify you when your home report is complete via the internet. At that time you will be given login information that allows you and your authorized representatives (such as your realtor) access to this system. This process is typically completed on the same day as the inspection. If an immediate report is needed at the time of inspection, we will gladly send you home with a hand-drafted report and follow up with the Horizon report within 24 hours.
