HOME INSPECTION PROCESS

 

 

Schedule Appointment with Home Inspector

 

Inspector will obtain information about property from listing, selling and buying agent.

Inspector will forward via email to client, copy of home inspection agreement. Please read and bring a signed copy on the day of the inspection.

On the day of the inspection. The inspector will meet the client. Go thru the home inspection with the clients, or client’s representatives,  and will go over any deficiencies found during the inspection. The inspector will give the clients time to ask any questions during and after the inspection is complete.

After the inspection is complete the inspector will complete the report by adding digital pictures and comments to the report. The inspector will forward the report to any individuals that were authorized by the client. The inspector is available for future consultation about any issues that were found during the inspection or if any issues need additional explanation.
